Pilgrims managed our property when we were on international assignment for nearly 4 years. During this time Pilgrims had some difficult challenges to deal with including demanding tenants and a complete roof replacement whilst the tenants were in the house. Pilgrims managed the rental of our house very professionally sorting our any problems quickly and in a cost effective manner. We have rented a property with a national agency before, but the personal approach from Pilgrims was much better than the larger agencies.
